As the daily traffic in our Hong Kong facility increased steadily in the past months, we have decided to expand our network capacity further. In the meantime, a switch in the upstream network provider will be carried out to facilitate this capacity expansion. There will be an estimated downtime of 1 hour for us to change the configurations of our network equipment and test them thoroughly.

During the maintenance, your Hong Kong VMs will continue running, but they may frequently become unreachable through the network. Also, controlling your Hong Kong VMs through the VM dashboard in this period of time will be affected as well, including restart, VNC, etc. Therefore, we strongly advise you not to run any mission-critical tasks or carry out control operations like reboot on your Hong Kong VMs during this period of time.
